This is it!
Well we all enjoyed Saturday I think, a great session at Newlyn and plenty to eat, drink and yap about at the Dolphin afterwards. It was lovely to meet Wendy, on holiday here from Australia and peeking in at our scrap session, Brilliant to see Dori and hear all her news and stories of life in another world....Our thoughts to Jenney and sorry that Linda couldn't make it in the evening (next time we're coming to St. Just!), but I think we all agreed that it was a nice social time and that we should do it more often!
So, self-elected social secretary as I am, and happy to organise as you are all so good at responding, here is the first of our attempts to blog more regularly, keep in touch with our news, mundane or otherwise and get ourselves together more often!

It was a lovely afternoon (I know I'm a part-timer) and a very enjoyable evening. Great to chat with everyone and catch up. I am going to make more of an effort to not just read people's blogs but actually comment on them too. See you all soon x

ReplyDeleteThings are moving forward very slowley at the moment and I also have a horrible cold which doesn't help much. Am glad to have my oldest daughter Zoe with me for 2 days and then the younger one Isla is coming on Thursday for a week. I am looking forward to seeing you all next month.
